Loans

My Loans enables you to view and renew your loans.

You find the My loans page from the Login panel and, optionally, from My pages in the menu.

How to renew a loan

1. View My loans.
2. Tick the selection check box next to the loan(s) that you want to renew.
3. Click Renew in the toolbar above/below the list of loans.

How to renew all loans

1. View My loans.
2. Click Select all in the toolbar above/below the list of loans.
3. Click Renew in the toolbar above/below the list of loans.

How to view a family member's loans

Applies if Family ticket is supported and you have the permission to watch other persons' loans.
A dropdown is shown on the My loans page; select which person's loans to show.
